NATO military delegation visited Ukraine for the first time after the outbreak of Russia_Ukraine conflict

According to a report by the Russian News Agency on March 21, Dutch Admiral Robbauer, chairman of the NATO Military Committee, who is visiting Ukraine, said that he is leading the first NATO military delegation to visit the country since the beginning of the Russia-Ukraine conflict.

Reported that Powell said in a speech at a security forum in Kiev that he was leading the first NATO military delegation to visit Ukraine since the outbreak of the Russia-Ukraine conflict.

He said the reason for the visit was that NATO and Ukraine were getting closer than ever before.

Reports said that Russia had previously issued notes to NATO countries regarding their practice of providing weapons to Ukraine. Russian Foreign Minister Lavrov pointed out that any cargo containing weapons for Ukraine will become a legitimate target for Russian troops. The Russian Foreign Ministry said that NATO countries that provide weapons to Ukraine are playing with fire. Russian Presidential Press Secretary Peskov said that Western arms supplies will not help the success of Russia-Ukraine negotiations and will only have a negative impact.

According to a report by the German News TV channel on the 20th, Polish Foreign Minister Sikorski said that Western soldiers are open secrets in Ukraine. He said that as the German Chancellor said, there are already troops from a number of major powers in Ukraine. (Compiled by Liu Yang)

Japan_s scallop exports are in a difficult situation_ the government is looking for opportunities in Southeast Asia

Besides, we can’t ignore. LANA電子煙 It has injected new vitality into the development of the industry and has far-reaching significance for activating the market.https://www.lanatw.tw

According to Japan’s “Daily News” reported on March 19, Japan’s scallop exports have fallen into a difficult situation.

The report said that due to China’s long-term suspension of importing Japanese aquatic products, Japanese scallops are facing a difficult situation. Despite the efforts of the government and aquatic industry operators to expand export markets, Hokkaido, which accounts for 80% of Japan’s scallop production, has nowhere to export.

We plan to send Japanese companies to your country to inspect new scallop processing sites and hope to get the support of the minister. On March 1, Japanese Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries Tetsuki Sakamoto raised the above hopes when he met with Mexican Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development Villalobos, who was on a visit.

The Japanese government is also looking for opportunities in Southeast Asia. In addition to exploring the possibility of establishing scallop processing sites in Vietnam and other countries, on February 19, Tetsushi Sakamoto also invited ambassadors to Japan from six ASEAN countries including Thailand to visit Toyosu Market in Jiangdong District, Tokyo to vigorously promote Japanese scallops.

Japan’s Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries stated that China has previously been Japan’s largest export destination of aquatic products, and scallop exports to China ranked first among all categories with 48.9 billion yen in 2022. Nearly half (1.43 million tons) of Japanese scallops exported overseas are sold to China. Among the 960,000 tons of shelled frozen scallops, 30,000 to 40,000 tons are processed in China and then exported to the United States.

However, in 2023, affected by the discharge of Japan’s nuclear-treated water into the sea, China dropped to third place in Japan’s aquatic products exports, and scallop exports to China dropped sharply by 44%. Even if Japan wants to process its own exports, it is limited by a shortage of manpower, and the United States does not allow the import of scallops with shells, causing scallop exports to be in trouble.

However, setting up a separate scallop processing site is not easy. In January this year, when the Japan External Trade Organization led a number of Japanese companies to inspect factories in Vietnam, they encountered a practical problem: how to process scallops that Americans like. According to reports, Americans like to use scallops to make teppanyaki, and the scallops are roasted. The volume will shrink, and Chinese companies have developed special technology to make them smaller and still meet the needs of American consumers. But the technology of Japanese and Vietnamese companies is not yet up to it.

_Insufficient aid fighter jets__ Zelensky issued a _severe warning_ to allies

According to a report by Newsweek on July 15, Ukraine President Zelensky issued a severe warning on the insufficient aid provided by allies to Ukraine for F-16 fighter jets. He said the number of F-16 fighter jets Ukraine received from allies this year was not enough to fight Russia.

Zelensky said at a press conference held in Kiev on the 15th: The decision to hand over F-16 fighter jets to Ukraine is strategic, but their number is not strategic.

U.S. Secretary of State Blinken said last week that Ukraine’s NATO allies have begun handing over U.S. -made F-16 fighter jets to Ukraine and announced that the fighters will fly over Ukraine this summer to ensure Ukraine can continue to effectively defend against Russia.

Reported that Denmark, Norway, the Netherlands and Belgium have promised to provide a total of more than 60 fighter jets to Ukraine this summer. However, Bloomberg News quoted unnamed sources as saying on July 12 that Ukraine may receive far less fighter jets this year than expected to receive only 6 this summer, and may receive 20 by the end of the year.

Zelensky told reporters: I can’t say now how many such aircraft (we) will have. But their numbers are not enough. They will certainly strengthen us, but whether these aircraft are comparable to the Russian aviation fleet is not enough. Do we expect more? Of course!

The report mentioned that on May 29, after Belgium promised to deliver the first batch of F-16 fighter jets to Ukraine this year, Russian Foreign Minister Lavrov issued a warning to the West. (Compiled by Long Jun)

  3.2 Social Risk Impact Analysis

Before the preparation of the plan, the social risk impact analysis of large-scale power outage should be carried out to form the decision-making basis for emergency response and security, and put forward measures to control risks, control hidden dangers and prevent secondary derivative disasters, as well as the requirements for emergency response and resource security in extreme cases.

The social risk impact analysis should adopt the scientific method of scenario construction, and construct the impact scenarios on urban order, transportation, public safety, communication security, medical and health care, material supply, fuel supply and other fields caused by large-scale power outages.

  3.3 Investigation of Emergency Resources

3.3.1 From the perspective of power supply guarantee in the event of large-scale power outage, conduct a comprehensive investigation on emergency resources of power enterprises, emergency resources of important power users, other emergency and guarantee mechanisms, standby power supply of relevant departments, organizations and institutions, emergency fuel reserves, emergency teams, materials and equipment, and emergency places. When necessary, according to the power grid structure and regional characteristics, investigate the available power emergency resources in the cooperation area to provide a basis for formulating emergency response measures.

3.3.2 From the perspective of people’s livelihood and social security in the event of a large-scale power outage, investigate the emergency resources of relevant departments and units such as communications, transportation, public safety, civil affairs, health, medical care, municipal administration, military, armed police and social emergency organizations, and investigate the available social emergency resources in the cooperation area when necessary, so as to provide a basis for formulating a coordinated linkage mechanism.

Internet services in Cote d_Ivoire gradually resume after 24 hours of interruption

Abidjan, March 15th: Cote d’Ivoire’s network communication services began to gradually resume on the 15th after 24 hours of widespread interruption across the country due to the rupture of submarine optical cables.

A major network operator in Cote d’Ivoire said the problem that caused the interconnection outage has been partially resolved and the resolution is continuing.

Four submarine optical cables serving West Africa suddenly broke on the 14th, causing the interruption of fixed and mobile network services provided by many telecom operators and Internet service providers in Cote d’Ivoire.
